2008 has sparked great changes in the world of Fallstar. The loss of several long term members forced Fallstar (at this time consisting only of vocalist Chris Ratzlaff and guitarist Justin Haag) to start thinking seriously about the next step in the band’s future. Haag and Ratzlaff, who are also the only founding members remaining, decided to recruit Ratzlaff’s brother Bryan to fill in at the bass and long time friend Robert Lasco to sit behind the kit. The full lineup was completed just before summer began with the addition of guitarist Jason Brown. The now completed and self-assured Fallstar began practicing ceaselessly to guarantee that their new members became acclimated with their older songs as well as hash out ideas regarding new material. Ratzlaff, who is said to be a tireless writer, leads the five-piece with intense vocals and challenging lyrics while the rest of the guys provide the perfect backdrop.
The new members in the Fallstar family bring their own brand of electricity that seamlessly aligns with Haag and Ratzlaff. Drummer, Robert Lasco lays the heavy groundwork from behind the kit as Ratzlaff (bass) and Brown prove themselves night after night as true showmen. Fallstar’s level of intensity is unmatched in the scene today. These guys are extremely talented artists who care deeply about not only the quality of their product, but the fans who embrace them just as lovingly. This band has a message, a path, and a will to continue to follow wherever the Lord may lead them. Fallstar’s dedication to their fans, their music, and above all else, their faith, makes this Northwest band a force that demands your attention, and once they have it, they will surely not disappoint.

Thanks for listening and God Bless!
and some little more about this wonderful band.
I’ll communicated with .:Bryan_Fallstar
and he’ll give to me some little interview.
So let us begin:
«What does our name mean?»
There is definately more to it than stars falling, Fallstar is mine, and my brother Chris’ last name spelled backwards. Our last name is Ratzlaff and if you flip that around its ffalztar, so Fallstar. The story behind that, is that my father had a pretty bad childhood, and when he grew up, he wanted to leave all that behind him, so he chose to change his last name to Fallstar. We related that to how as Christians, we take up Jesus name, and leave our old selves behind us in order to live a new and better life.
«How long has our band known eachother?»
My brother Chris started the band back in 2004, shortly after, Justin Haag was added to the band, Justin had been playing in different bands for a while and met Chris through a former Fallstar bass player. After a few years and many lineup changes, Robert Lasco was asked to play for Fallstar. Justin knew Robert through the church both of them go to. Soon after Robert was added to the band, Chris asked me to play bass for the band, and i agreed. We still needed one more guitar player and our friends at Hopecore.com, an amazing online christian radio station, told us about their friend Jason Brown, who tried out for the band and was quickly added. The current Fallstar lineup has been together for about a year and a half.
«What do we want our listeners to feel when they listen to our music?»
The only message that we want people to hear in our music, is that Jesus loves them, so so much, and he just wants them to love him back. He doesn’t care what you have done, he just wants you to follow him. If we can get people to understand that through our music, then we have done all we need to do.
when will Fallstar be in Russia? haha As soon as possible!!!
